Welcome Erica Walker to the KTD Women On A Mission Leadership Team

KTD Women On A Mission is proud to officially welcome Erica Walker as our new Treasurer and a valued member of our founding leadership team.

As KTD continues to grow, we recognize that strong leadership and responsible financial stewardship are essential to building an organization that will serve our community for years to come. Erica brings an exceptional background in business operations, compliance, financial management, and strategic planning, making her an outstanding addition to our organization.

As Treasurer, Erica will oversee the financial health of KTD Women On A Mission by helping manage budgeting, financial reporting, organizational compliance, and long-term financial sustainability. Her leadership will help ensure that every resource entrusted to KTD is managed with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

When asked what joining KTD Women On A Mission means to her, Erica shared:

"To me, KTD Women On A Mission means an opportunity to pay forward the impact of every strong woman who has ever invested in me. We all know that women are masters at looking like they have it all together, even when they are quietly navigating immense challenges. KTD cuts through that by creating a safe, inclusive space where women can drop their guard, lift each other up, and truly elevate one another.

I am incredibly proud to join the founding board as Treasurer because I believe a fundamental truth: when a woman walks in her true power, her family, her career, and her entire community flourish. I am excited to bring my professional background in business operations and compliance to the table to help build a rock-solid foundation for KTD, ensuring we can drive this beautiful transformation for years to come."

Erica's words reflect the very heart of KTD's mission—to create spaces where women feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow. Her commitment to service, combined with her professional expertise, will help strengthen the foundation of our organization as we continue expanding our programs, partnerships, and community impact.

Please join us in welcoming Erica to the KTD family. We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to the incredible contributions she will make as we continue empowering women, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact—together.

Welcome to KTD Women On A Mission, Erica!
